In May 2016, Lawrence & Schiller TeleServices acquired Midco Connections to form Five Star Call Centers which offers over 500 agents in four locations: Sioux Falls, SD, Fargo, ND, North Sioux City, SD and Wichita, KS. The new name took effect June 20th, 2016.

Lawrence & Schiller TeleServices: In 1986, Craig Lawrence and Paul Schiller founded Lawrence and Schiller TeleServices in response to the need of market research for many of their clients. For 23 years, Lawrence and Schiller TeleServices built a strong foundation while continuing to grow the call center. For the past 6 years, the new generation of officers, Troy Holt, Joel Sylvester, and Ray Peterson, continue to build on that foundation and advance the company to continue to be the most responsive call center for the partners and the partner's customers.

Initially located in the corporate offices of Lawrence and Schiller, Lawrence & Schiller TeleServices moved to a 125-seat facility in 1998. As demand continued and business grew, TeleServices moved again in 2006 to a state-of-the-art 20,000 foot facility. In November 2011 we were proud to celebrate our 25th year of service excellence.

In July 2015, as we continue to grow, we opened a second call center in North Sioux City, SD with unlimited expansion capabilies just 90 miles south of the corporate office. 

Midco Connections: We got our start in the 1980s as a telephone answering service, and grew as our customers began to depend on us for a more comprehensive list of customer care services.

In 1994, we officially launched our inbound call center services, including catalog and order entry processing, geographical dealer and branch location services, forms processing, lead generation and qualification, reservations, scheduling, and legal intake.

In 2010, Midco Call Center became Midco Connections to more accurately reflect our expanded service offerings, and in 2011, we expanded our location list as well by adding a second site in Fargo, ND.

Today, we’re still working hard to meet our clients’ needs with the highest quality service in the industry. We’re still headquartered in Sioux Falls, SD, the heart of the Midwest. And we’re still just as passionate about extending your reach as we were on day one.
